The small island nation of Kiribati (pronounced kira-bus) actually consits of two separate island groups separated by a large expanse of Pacific Ocean.  The westernmost group lies within Nadi Oceanic airspace and is administered directly by VATPAC.  

Airspace is gnerally Class A between FL245 and FL600 with RVSM between FL290 and FL410.  Airspace below FL245 is Class G 

There are no lower level control services, all control is handled by Nadi Oceanic and is conducted according to standard oceanic procedures.  A flight information service may be available from Bonriki International (NGTA).
